You have a lifetime to use the one-time, 1 Hour Phone Session. However, we encourage you to schedule your appointment as soon as possible after your purchase. We do not issue refunds for unused Phone Sessions. 

No. The Standard Course is designed to start at Beginner level and the knowledge is gradually built up from module to module.  The Course provides you with Templates, Samples, a Call Script and Worksheet. You don't need any special knowledge. However, a background in Real Estate, Sales, Collections, Skip Tracing, or Call Center work can be helpful. 

No. The Bankruptcy Courts do not require Asset Finders to have a Private Investigator's license to work on these specific types of Unclaimed Funds. 

The 1 Hour Phone Session is a one-time coaching session with the attorney author. You will be emailed available dates/times once the Session is purchased. You can then email all questions you have ahead of time, to ensure that your Phone Session is productive. 

How much you make will depend on you and your execution of the materials taught. It is an easy to learn process. We believe anyone that learns the foundational knowledge, and commits to putting the learning into practice, will be successful. 

This is self-paced learning. It might take 4 weeks or 4 months, depending on each person. There are 16 videos and 16 documents for you to review, plus one worksheet. Most of the videos are under 20 minutes. Most documents are less than 2 pages long. 

It depends on each student. As soon as you complete the Course contents, go through the suggested steps, and submit claims. Most claims will pay out within 3 to 4 months. 

We do not provide refunds once Course materials have been delivered. This is because the intellectual property contained in the Course took time, effort, and expertise to put together and cannot be returned once purchased. 

Whether purchased alone or within a Bundle, you will have a lifetime to use the one-time, 1 Hour Phone Session. We encourage you to use the Session within a couple of months, for best results while you're working on your Overage business.

However, the Standard Course is designed so that it is sufficient to get anyone started.

We considered building in the consult but that would not allow us to price the Course as low as we have been able to. 
These types of Courses typically cost over $1000 as it is, and we were not willing to cut off the students who wouldn't be able to afford that kind of price but would otherwise be able to implement the Course on their own.
